Flight delay? Unfortunately, our name is program for some airlines!

Did you know that only about 15% of all air travelers know that you can get flat-rate compensation for flight delays to/from the EU? The European Parliament passed the so-called Air Passenger Rights Regulation back in 2004! This regulates exactly which claims arise for a passenger in the event of flight delays or cancellations.

It is primarily important how long the delay is and how far away the destination airport is.

In the event of a delay on a short-haul flight of up to 1,500 km, there is a whopping 250€! The prerequisite for this is a delay of at least 2 hours.

For a medium-haul flight of up to 3,500 km, the compensation is 400€! The delay, on the other hand, must be more than 3 hours.

For a long-haul flight of more than 3,500 km, the airline is allowed to have delay of up to 4 hours. Should it be delayed beyond that, however, a whole €600 per passenger will be due.

The delays are entered in flight databases. Our system evaluates the data you entered and checks whether the flight delay actually exceeded the predicted length. Once this has been confirmed by the database, we will prepare a letter informing the airline that you have instructed us to exercise your rights. In the same letter, we ask the airline to pay us your compensation, setting a deadline. As soon as this has been received, we will transfer it to the account you specified.

You don’t pay anything for our work! However, we reserve the right to withhold 25% of the damage received as a fee. We are sure you understand that we have to pay ourselves and our employees from something.

With package tours we don’t even keep the 25% as commission! Since package tours are always to be considered individually, we can claim our legal fees from the airline in these cases. Conversely, this also means that the whole process is a bit more complicated and time-consuming. Basically, the following applies here: The better you have documented the grievances (photos, videos, receipts, etc.), the more compensation we can claim for you!

If for any reason the airline does not pay, our lawyers will sue you for your rights in court! There are no costs to you either. We bear the costs for the lawyers and the court costs. So you can only win!
